Second Story Addition

Historic Renovation & Addition

An interior renovation that included the removal of multiple load bearing walls to dramatically increase the size, accessibility and functionality of the kitchen. We moved the first story bathroom to the rear of the house and renovated it such that it would serve as a secondary focal point of the home. Also included was a basement renovation, finishing all hardwood floors, and an alteration to open the staircase.

A North Arlington renovation and second story addition. The owner is currently in the process of completing the plumbing, electrical, mechanical, drywall and painting by himself (with his own hands!!). We were contracted to complete the demolition, framing, the exterior shell, and some minor elements within the home.

A complex Arlington historic renovation where we began by lifting the house and installing a full basement where a crawl space previously existed. We also constructed an addition, a separate garage, and renovated most of the interior spaces.

Second Story Addition

An arts and crafts addition, with a new second story, rear addition and front porch. New kitchen, master suite, guest suite, renovated bathrooms and new surfaces throughout.

A second story addition over a standard brick rambler. This project included an extension of the ceiling height on the first floor to 10 foot, a rear addition for a large great room, updated kitchen, Master suite with walk in closet, master bath, screened porch, new stone patio in the back yard, and a second story screened in balcony.

A three story interior renovation including a new and relocated kitchen, laundry, in law suite, master suite and more. This project included a retrofit of the existing heating and air conditioning system, new windows and more insulation where accessible.

An addition and interior renovation designed to create a great room, with a view of the back yard, and a balcony space connected to provide the owner an integrated art studio. The project included a second story addition, a kitchen renovation, a custom art studio, multiple built in cabinets and more.
