Whether the primary goal is adding another story to a historic building, increasing a home’s energy efficiency, or creating a cohesive palette of materials for a freshly remodelled suite of rooms, the Design / Remodel method provides a step-by-step process through which we can guide each client.
The design is a critical first step, used to streamline the entire project. A proper design phase will include a site review, planning, design, estimating, and possible development work in order to avoid problems that may arise during construction. We call this comprehensive consideration process Universal Design.
