Amy Burns
Accountant

Amy has been with A.V. Remodeling for several years and has transformed the way we conduct our internal office. Amy brings 12 years of professional experience in accounting related fields and has done so in various industries. She is system driven and loves to find ways to utilize the accounting program to make record keeping accurate and efficient. Amy graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in accounting and works for us remotely in her home in Oklahoma where she lives with her husband and daughters.

Tammy Hagin
Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations
Tammy also joined A.V. Remodeling in November 2012. Tammy has over twelve years of experience in Marketing and Public Relations, in addition to an extensive background in hospitality and customer relations. Tammy handles all advertising and marketing, client communications, community relationships, website updates and social media management.

Alan Bennett
Production Coordinator
Alan has worked in the construction industry for nearly three decades. He was a self-employed cabinet maker for nearly 18 years before he transitioned to a job-site coordinator on single family homes. Most recently, he managed job site coordination for a firm in Northern Virginia. Alan is married and resides in his home state of Pennsylvania.

Tim Davis
Field Coordinator
Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Tim comes to A.V. Remodeling & Construction with 28 years of building experience.  Tim started his career framing custom homes in Louisiana before moving to Virginia in 1987. From there he began working on high-end remodeling projects including custom kitchens and baths and moving on to new construction building before joining A.V. Remodeling in 2012. Tim lives in Manassas with his wife and is the proud father of two daughters and one grand-daughter.

Rob Miller
Senior Field Coordinator
Rob spent four years in the U.S. Navy before embarking on his career in the construction industry more than 20 years ago. Having owned a small construction company of his own, Rob has extensive experience with home inspections, managing field crews and overseeing all aspects of a project from pre-planning through completion. Rob has a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and resides in Vienna.

Carpenter

Juan Villarroel
Handyman/Carpenter's Helper
Juan has been with A.V. Remodeling since the start in 2004. He takes great pride in his work and is the "go-to guy" for fixing everything. Juan moved to the U.S. from his home country of Bolivia.
